There’s no shortage of PR agents in Berlin, but there’s only one Nina Kron. With her Mitte-based agency Press Factory, Nina has perfected the art of public relations for big brands from Guess to FREITAG. She grew up with a pony named Charly.

What is a current trend you’d like to have banned?
I think men who wear their girlfriend’s skinny jeans paired with a “jute bag” are really unnecessary. It’s not cool and looks pretty stupid.
What is the least-known place in Berlin you love the most?
All the water in and around Berlin. Or Treptower Park really early in the morning, around daybreak, when the weather is nice and I can go for a run. Or my best friend’s couch…

How often do you talk to Mum, and what was your last conversation about?
Min. once a week. Last time we talked, she told me about how our dog peed on our least-favourite neighbor’s leg and she didn’t even notice. We also spoke about our plans for Christmas.
What would you say to your 12-year-old Self?
Smile and the world will change, according to Buddha. Be true to yourself. Also in relationships to other people. Be open, warm, and loyal. Be nice to yourself, all beings, and nature. Enjoy your life. Be intelligent and smart.
